feat: dialog improvements
- "Unsaved changes" dialogs ask about saving the project
- Trying to close the window also triggers an "unsaved changes" dialog
when the editor is dirty.
- Nicer API for dialogs (similar to what I do in `foghorn-rs/foghorn`)
